Privacy-related requests are handled separately so we can process them with the right context and retention controls. If your request involves data access, deletion, or policy interpretation, email the privacy contact above and mention the affected server so we can verify scope before responding.

For operational incidents, include whether the issue is ongoing or intermittent and whether it affects one channel or the full server. If you have screenshots, attach them with sensitive details redacted. Clear incident reports let us prioritize correctly and provide a useful resolution path, including temporary workarounds when a permanent fix requires a release.
